This policy explains how 3FS TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD [202001026346 (1382666-A)] (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects and handles personal data through shop.3fstech.com.my and related customer communications, under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as amended.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use our services, we collect:
- Order and invoice details: your name, company name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, and purchases.
- Payment details: transaction references, amounts, payment methods, payment and refund status, and bank account details where needed for a bank-transfer refund.
- Support information: enquiries, order numbers, correspondence, and photos or videos you provide for returns or warranty claims.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, referral sources and browsing-session information.
If you create an account, we also collect login details and any addresses you save.
Information comes from you, your use of our website, and relevant service providers such as our payment provider. Fields identified as required are necessary to provide the requested service; without them, we may be unable to complete your order or request. Other information is optional.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process payments, issue invoices, fulfil and track orders, manage accounts, respond to enquiries, handle returns and warranty claims, maintain website security, understand order sources and website performance, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about your order or requested services.
3. Payments through Revenue Monster
Online payments are processed through Revenue Monster. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
We share the order and contact information needed to process your transaction and receive payment confirmations and related transaction details for order management, reconciliation and refunds.
Revenue Monster and the relevant financial institutions process payment information according to your selected payment method. Please refer to Revenue Monster’s Privacy Notice for details of its processing.
4. Information Sharing
We share necessary information with couriers, payment providers, hosting and technical service providers, and professional advisers or authorities where needed for the purposes above or required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
Where personal data is transferred outside Malaysia, we will comply with applicable PDPA requirements and take appropriate measures to protect it.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies to maintain your shopping session, remember your cart and support checkout.
WooCommerce order attribution may use session cookies to associate orders with referral sources and browsing-session information. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website performance without analytics cookies.
Payment providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser, although disabling essential cookies may affect shopping and checkout.
6. Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as needed for our services and applicable accounting, tax, warranty and dispute requirements. Account closure does not immediately remove records we must retain.

You can request account closure or deletion of information no longer required. We may verify your identity and will handle requests within applicable legal timeframes. Withdrawal of necessary consent may affect our ability to provide services.
You may also complain to Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner.

We may update this policy and revise the date above. Where a new use of your personal data requires additional notice or consent, we will notify you and obtain the required consent before using your data for that purpose.
