Where we deliver
We deliver throughout West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. We are currently unable to deliver to Labuan.
Delivery fees
Delivery is charged by the total weight of your order and is calculated automatically at checkout, so you see the full amount before you confirm payment. Nothing is added afterwards.

Weight is rounded up to the next full kilogram — an order weighing 1.2 kg is charged as 2 kg. Delivery fees apply to every order, regardless of order value.
Example: a 3 kg order to West Malaysia is RM7.50 + RM1.50 + RM1.50 = RM10.50.
Dispatch schedule
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. There is no dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays.
Orders are dispatched only after payment has been received and confirmed. As payment is made by bank transfer, sending us your transfer receipt helps us dispatch sooner.
Delivery time
Our courier partners usually deliver within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
A tracking number is provided for every order once it has been completed and dispatched. You will receive it by email, and you can check your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page.
If your delivery is delayed
If your parcel is delayed, we recommend collecting it from the courier’s local branch to avoid any effect on product quality. You are also welcome to contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.
Please note that we are not able to control, or take responsibility for, the courier’s operations once a parcel has left us. We appreciate your understanding.
Product appearance
Actual products may differ from the photographs published on 3FS TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD marketing channels. Each product is unique and will not have an identical appearance or texture.
